"Una voce poco fa", Me, Orchestra....World Premiere

I might've forgot to mention that on Monday night Ms. Egan graciously allowed me to sing through the "Barber" orchestra rehearsal!!!! Of course, I knew it would happen this way. I hardly slept a wink Sunday night -- who knows why I laid awake for hours and hours staring at my ceiling -- and then I had substitute job on Monday -- yippee for yelling at Kindergartners for 3 hours.

So after no sleep and 3 hours of yelling I was allowed to sing an entire opera.

Surprise on me though. It actually turned out quite well...but....YOU be the judge! Here's the recording of "Una voce poco fa" (cleaned up a little to remove the parts when we had to stop). I don't want to brag...but I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out!!! Of course, there are always things that you need and want to fix -- but that's why we record our rehearsals and lessons! To learn!
